Upgraded Viral Chocolate Rice Cakes

3 rice cake recipes that are simple, easy and delicious. Plus with the addition of healthy fats, these make the perfect chocolatey snack to satisfy your cravings and keep you going until your next meal.

Ingredients

RECIPE 1- CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER

  • 1 rice cake
  • Peanut butter
  • 70%+ dark chocolate melted

 

RECIPE 2- ALMOND BUTTER, BANANA & CINNAMON 

  • 1 rice cake
  • Almond butter
  • Sliced banana
  • Cinnamon
  • 70%+ dark chocolate melted

 

RECIPE 3- TAHINI, DARK CHOCOLATE & CACAO NIBS

  • 1 rice cake
  • Tahini
  • 70%+ dark chocolate melted
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs

 

Method

RECIPE 1- CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER

  • Spread a rice cake with peanut butter
  • Dip the top half of the rice cake in melted dark chocolate
  • Freeze for 2 hours

 

 

RECIPE 2- ALMOND BUTTER, BANANA & CINNAMON 

  • Spread a rice cake with almond butter
  • Place 5 banan slices on top
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Cover in dark chocolate

 

 

RECIPE 3- TAHINI, DARK CHOCOLATE & CACAO NIBS

  • Spread a rice cake with tahini
  • Cover top of rice cake in dark chocolate
  • Sprinkle on cacao nibs
