Changing your diet can be so challenging! But Clarissa was very helpful every step of the way. I liked having a nutrition protocol designed for my needs. It made things a lot easier and I knew I was making the right choices for my health and wellbeing. I strongly recommend getting follow-up appointments too, as changes take time and your diet needs new adjustments as you progress. It was very reassuring to be able to have these follow-up appointments with Clarissa and tweak things based on my needs.

I came to Clarissa to just master my own diet and help an intensive exercise regime I was starting. She was approachable, friendly and always there whenever I needed her. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She checked in, regularly, made sure I was okay through the month and helped adapt my plan and diet according to my busy schedule or holidays. I will take a lot of what she has taught me going forward. I cannot recommend her enough and will be using her for all my nutritionist needs.

Clarissa has a very good understanding of nutrition and really took the time to identify some of the issues with my digestive system and eating habits. I booked a consultation with Clarissa when I was suffering pretty badly with my Hashimotos disease. I suffered with bad depression symptoms, insomnia, body aches and pains, and many more. The special diet and lifestyle plan she made for me has helped me in so many ways and I no more feel anxiety about going out in fear of me crying over something silly or interrupting with daily life with the other symptoms I had. Clarissa has supported me throughout my journey and still checks in to make sure I am doing okay. if i ever have any questions or simply want to chat to someone i know that Clarissa is always going to be there for me and this just makes her a little bit more special.

Clarissa changed my way of living and my knowledge of nutrition rather than helping put together a quick fix diet
I saw Clarissa in 2020 for an initial consultation and two follow up appointments to help me with a load of goals (building muscle, losing fat, reducing tiredness etc.) and the results have been amazing. Not only did she supply me with a bespoke nutrition guide and sample week plan, she made the plan realistic and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of it before setting me off on my own. The best thing about my work with Clarissa is that it's a long term investment - she's changed my way of living and my knowledge of nutrition rather than helping put together a quick fix diet. 100% would recommend!

I spent my entire 20s suffering with bloating and other digestive upset and booked an online gut package with Clarissa after being highly recommended by a friend of mine. Clarissa did a talk around how food affects your mood for us recently at my workplace; it was brilliant, probably the only talk I've ever sat through where I was fully engaged throughout. The brilliant thing about her talk was that it was quite open ended; she's clearly knowledgeable enough to answer any question fired at her and didn't say 'this is bad, this is good' - it was more of a subjective, informative approach to nutrition which catered to all the different types of people in the room. I've recommended to everyone at work and she's coming back to do more - where hopefully people will be actually travelling into London to attend.

I’ve attended 2 of Clarissa’s talks/presentations now and always find her very knowledgeable and inspiring. Clarissa’s most recent session was about surviving the festive season and it was definitely worthwhile everyone’s time. I admit I visited Holland & Barrett immediately after to purchase echinacea and milk thistle to get me through December! I always leave with new information and tips that are actually achievable and easy to implement day to day. On both occasions I have messaged people in my network who may benefit from her advice. An incredibly experienced nutritionist who translates the more technical terminology so we can all understand! I also loved her talk on sleep earlier last year. Since then I changed the settings on my phone, am conscious about my caffeine intake in the afternoon and know more about the different stages of sleep. You can tell Clarissa knows her stuff! I would love to attend a one to one consultation at some stage at her clinic on Harley Street. Would definitely recommend Clarissa if you’re curious about how you can improve your health / sleep / diet/ day to day living.
One of the best workshops we have ever had!!
Clarissa gave our company a winter wellness workshop to help navigate the team through food, mood, stress, supplements and exercise during these colder darker months. The workshop was truly fantastic - every team member found it not only hugely insightful but extremely inspiring gaining knowledge and real nuggets of information they were able to put in to play straight away. Her delivery was clear, energetic, engaging and easy to digest, and guiding the team effortlessly through her knowledge. Every team member fed back on how much they not only enjoyed it but truly gained something from it. We had an hour workshop and all of the team stated they could of gone listening and learning for a lot longer. So thank you Clarissa for bringing true inspiration and insight to the whole team - one of the best workshops we have ever had!!
