REGISTERED NUTRITIONIST IN LONDON
Clarissa Lenherr (BA-HONS, DIP-NT, mBANT, mCNHC) is a registered nutritionist in London, specialising in weight management, gut health, autoimmune conditions and thyroid health.
Having graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Nutritional Therpay. She is also a member of BANT (The British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Care Council). Continuous training and further learning courses enable Clarissa to gain increased expertise, ensuring she is abreast of new findings and developments in the captivating scientific field of nutrition.
Having spent half a decade working in the corporate world of property marketing, Clarissa swapped the daily grind for the clinic and turned a lifelong passion for healthy eating into a career.
Studying Nutritional Therapy part-time whilst working as a Marketing Manager, Clarissa is well practised at juggling her time and since leaving the marketing world splits her days between seeing clients, consulting for brands, hosting workplace workshops and writing on all things health and wellbeing.
Clarissa is passionate about educating people to discover and celebrate nutritious food, enabling clients to utilise and benefit from food and lifestyle choices in order to reach their optimum state of wellbeing. Clarissa practices personalised nutrition, advocating the “no one size fits all” approach. With this in mind, she works closely with clients to implement personalised nutritional strategies which fit into each client's unique lifestyles and goals.
Clarissa is also a part-time contributor to several publications and offers commentary to some of the UK's leading publications such as Red Magazine, The Daily Mail, Women's Health and The Telegraph offering nutrition and fitness advice.
Clarissa is also proud to work with great health brands as an ambassador, nutrition consultant and in-house nutritionist, including Bioniq personalised health care supplements, Vita Coco, Vejo and Silver Linings Retreats.
She loves to spend her time travelling, experimenting in the kitchen, trying out new fitness classes, exploring international cuisines and investigating the aisles of grocery stores.
Clarissa is continually updating her knowledge, and ensures she is up to date with the most recent scientific findings and literature. She has completed over 160 hours of CDP learning and has completed an extra learning accreditation from Monash University in Food as Medicine: Fertility and Pregnancy.
