Fuss Free Tahini Stuffed Dates
These bites are super easy, naturally sweet, fudgy and packed with fibre and healthy fats. Pairing
natural sugars found in fruit with fats such as tahini, helps to slow the release of sugars
into your blood steam, and war off those sugar highs and lows. Sprinkle with cacao nibs or
shredded coconut for an extra touch of sweetness and perfect crunch.
Ingredients
- 5-10 dates
- 1 tsp of tahini for every date
- Cacao nibs or shredded/ unsweetened desiccated coconut to top
Method
1. Pit your dates and using a tsp fill them with tahini
2. Top with your chosen topping and pop in the fridge, and take out when ready to
enjoy!
