I have first-hand experience when it comes to health concerns. Having struggled for ten years with my own health battles, I understand what it is like to feel lost and unsupported. This personal understanding, paired with in-depth studying and five years of clinical experience, gives me a unique empathetic and evidence-based approach to my practice.

Your first step is to have an introductory call with me to discuss your goals. Once you are booked in, you will be required to fill out new client paperwork which includes a food diary, healthy history form and a terms and conditions agreement.
The number of appointments you may need will vary greatly depending on your individual goals. Most clients require additional follow-up appointments which is why I have developed targeted support packages.

There’s no need to worry. I have first-hand experience when it comes to health troubles and know what it’s like to feel helpless and scared. With this understanding, I tailor my approach to suit only you, ensuring that you feel comfortable and empowered to make change.
At the moment, testing is not included in the cost of your consultations or packages. However, should any tests be required, I will first discuss test options with you during your consultation.
